Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

When contacting us about a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us review the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

As stated above, returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@yusuf.life.
